HNS Child Care Program

Making arrangements for child care after-school, during intercessions, snow days, and during the summer can be a problem for working families.  To help ease this burden, HNS offers child care to enrolled students on a first come/first served basis.

Mission

The HNS Child Care Program provides high-quality, affordable, intellectual, creative and physically focused child care in a safe environment for Holy Name Students that are currently enrolled.

Philosophy

The HNS Child Care Program is based on a Christ-centered philosophy of dignity and respect for God, self, and others and follows the Cardinal 10 Character Development Standards.

License

Holy Name School Child Care Program is licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Cabinet for Health adn Family Services.  All caregivers are First Aid/CPR certified and take continuing education classes annually.

Location

HNS Child Care is located in the Early Learning wing of the school building.  Parents must use the Early Learning entrance when picking children up from child care.

Hours

  • After School Child Care- After school until 5:30 PM.  (Afternoon snack will be provided)
  • Intercession, Snow Day, and Summer Child Care- 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Registration

All current HNS students can attend the program anytime they need care after school.    

Billing

Families will be billed for the days your child attends the program and the charges will appear on your monthly statement.
