REGISTRATION GUIDELINES FOR HOLY NAME SCHOOL
1. New students will be registered in the following order: Holy Name Catholic Church sponsored families being accepted first, then other Catholic families from other parishes and finally non-parish sponsored families of faiths other than Catholic.
2. When it comes to pre-school (3 days a week) the school attempts to place all students in the am/pm program requested by the parent. We will once again follow the above procedures in establishing the am/pm programs. (That being existing families parish sponsored and non-parish sponsored will be placed first, then new Holy Name Catholic Church sponsored families and then other Catholic parish families and finally new non-parish sponsored families of faiths other than Catholic). Half-day kindergarten will only be offered in the event that we have adequate enrollment for a class.
3. A waiting list will be created once a grade level has reached the maximum number of students set by the school council.
4. Completing the application papers for a new student at Holy Name School does not guarantee admission into the school.
