EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVIES AT HOLY NAME SCHOOL

Handbells and Choir are offered to the students.

---WEATHER/CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of rain or other bad weather on Tuesdays at rehearsal time, we will practice in the Holy Name School music room and children may be picked up in the school gym at the usual time. If schools close early dure to weather or other emergencies, there will be NO rehearsal.

--Children may not be left at the church after rehearsals. All children not picked up by parents at 4:00 pm will be walked to the school by Mrs. Barkley, where they may be picked up at Extended Care (with applicable charges).

OTHER ACTIVITIES OFFERED AT HOLY NAME SCHOOL

--There is a Yearbook Staff that will be chosen from 8th graders toward the end of the 1st grading period.

--Academic Teams are chosen through try-outs held at the first of the school year and coached by Tom Tweddell (7th & 8th), (6th) and (5th)

--Future Problem Solving team

--Brownies/Girl Scout .

--Cub Scouts/Boy Scouts.

--Cheerleading and Dance Team and Cheerleading tryouts are held in April.

--Golf, Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball and Track are offered at Holy Name

--4-H is offered through the County Extension Office when they schedule a visit with our students.
